2 stars for cleanliness. Otherwise, this place SUCKS on every level. We’ve been regular Mucho Burrito eaters for many years and this is the worst we’ve had. Food quality is terrible. Guacamole was old. Serving size way smaller than usual. When asked to do half chicken half beef, they charged for extra protein. No napkins.Then when we finally had our food, it tasted BITTER.Sorry but your Franchisor should be checking on your more often.
I ordered a bowl. Lots of old rice. One little shoop of beef. For 18 bucks.None of it was good. Not going back. I was with 10 guys from work. They all said there lunch was bad.
