If I actually knew how to speak Fancy, I could come up with some translation jokes that would give quite a Bilingual Bonus. For example, how the Spanish word “embarazada” means “pregnant,” not “embarrassed.”

Winter Weather Friends

The ponies are summoned to Tall Tale Town when a weather-controlling dragon named Whimsey Weatherbe takes up residence in the nearby Unicorn Mountain Range.

Lending a Helping Claw

: When out searching for gems near Mount Willy-Nilly (named after a famous Equestrian explorer), Spike encounters Whimsey Weatherbe, an abandoned dragon girl around his age who’s been living on her own for years and seems to be in need of help. When he gets her back to Ponyville, however, the odd powers she begins to display, combined with her tendency towards petty theft, make it hard for Spike to find ponies willing to trust her.

Eventually it’s Discord, of all people, who shows her the next layer of truth: Not existing doesn’t make her powerless. Her goal is to spread happiness, and as a cartoon character she can basically be put on any screen, anywhere, any time someone wants to see her.

My guess is that the clone, having become her own pony, would be allowed to continue existing. She’s probably already taken on a different name to help her hide; now it will serve to distinguish. The real Pinkie will collab with Cheese Sandwich to have a party for her, and they’ll part with a hug. After Pinkie gets back to Ponyville, they’ll start writing letters to each other.
